Site was simple to navigate, installation videos were helpful and quality of product seems great. Will see how they wear over time. It was a little 'confusing' that I was forwarded a tracking number but that number wasn't 'activated' in the shipper's system until several days later. Upon inquiring I learned that my products weren't ready to ship yet and that they needed to be painted. That was a little misleading to me. But CS answered my questions directly and quickly via email.
Thank you for your review of ACS Composite. We are thrilled to hear that our installation videos were helpful to you in navigating your purchase and that you found the quality of our product to be great. We appreciate your input regarding the tracking number, and we can assure you that we continually strive to enhance our customer's order experience. Our dedicated Customer Service team is always available to answer any questions or concerns directly and quickly. We thank you for choosing ACS Composite, and we hope to service you again in the future.
