The ACS Z06 Splitter is derived from the GM Z07 package that they spent a tremendous amount of time aero-testing. ACS took the concept and redesigned it in CAD and CNC machined it from the ground up with slight improvements in mind.

No Undertray versus Undertray
Non-Undertray: The perfect choice for daily use and spirited drivers:
The standard Z06 splitter (45-4-037) is made in PC Composite, which is a manufacturing technique generally reserved for high volume production runs due to its expensive tooling investment. The result is a black molded part with high resistance to heat and scraping capabilities making it ideal for splitter applications. The durable material helps withstand curb rashes and mild road hazards. If durability is a priority over track lap times, this is the obvious choice!
Installs using all OEM mounting screws, no extra drilling required for the rivets as it used the same mounting points, fresh black split rivets, like OEM are included.
Cost-effective, and likely the last Z06 Splitter you'll be installing on your car!
Will not accept the OEM undertray from the factory Stage 2 / 3 splitter. Factory replacement splitter is 45-8-037
Undertray: For the track warrior and ultimate aerodynamic performance:
The undertray splitter assembly (45-4-059) is manufactured in ACS' RTM manufacturing process. RTM is a very rigid material specifically made for track use. The substrate is a beige material and the bottom of the splitter is coated with a bed-liner type coating.
Add our integrated undertray option to enhance the aerodynamics by keeping all edges smooth and directing air with the minimum amount of turbulence. The undertray also has revised brake cooling ducts and added extra mounting points with linear fins, which keep airflow as laminar as possible.
Also available are ACS Deflectors (Stage 2 & 3), which, similar to commercial jets, deflect and reduce airflow off the end of a wing (splitter) caused by drag. Deflectors will help navigate the airflow and therefore move more efficiently. OEM DEFLECTORS MAY BE USED WITH OUR SPLITTER.
Stage 2: Similar to the Z06 Stage 2 Deflectors are our smallest and conservative option.
Stage 3: For an aero-performance and bold look, the S3 is the choice to consider.
