Every order is thoroughly reviewed ensuring each order is accurate and in stock. We will contact you if the order cannot ship within a business day or two. Once the order has passed the review it is sent to our warehouse for shipment, tracking is submitted via email and generally active for online tracking at the end of each business day.
99% of orders ship out the same day or next business day. You are welcomed to check availability as some items require additional processing time or built to order.
We proudly ship most orders via Fedex with a Digital Signature Required for your protection. Once order is trackable online, you can request Fedex for a terminal pickup.
Estimated delivery times for orders sent via Fedex Ground Shipping are
- East Coast, 1-3 business days
- Midwest, 2-4 business days
- Southwest, 3-5 business days
- West Coast, 4-7 business days
USA and Canada Shipments
ACS Composite will ship Nationally within US or Canada via Fedex with all brokerage and tax fees paid upfront. That means there are no additional fees to pay when your package arrives!
Please be advised that we are unable to fulfill orders destined to a PO Box as well as APO boxes. You will need to supply an alternative address. Rural roads (RR) addresses are permitted. Thank you for your understanding!

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
If you need to return a product, please call us at 514-828-1000 or email us email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required to process your return. Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resellable condition.
If we sent you a different product from the one you ordered, or a defective item, please contact us using the information above within 30 days of receiving your order. We will replace the product and process your return at no charge. If for any other reason you need to return an item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges including custom clearance charges.
Items that are offered with free shipping will incur a 5% handling charge on return.
Please check all merchandise for damage or defect when you receive your order, and before the item is used or installed.
In the case a replacement product will be sent to you, we will send you a Fedex Return tag to return the incorrect/defective product back to us. In the even that an order was cancelled you will be immediately refunded the full amount. If an order has shipped prior to cancellation, then only a product refund will be initiated. Otherwise, when shipping an item back to us, we recommend using a shipping method that offers signature confirmation, tracking, and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
