  • Improved frontal airflow management.
  • Manufactured in an OEM-validated RTM composite material.
  • Quick install using existing OEM mounting points.
  • Available in Primer and Carbon Flash Black Finish.

Be sure to check out our deflector line-up to maximize your splitter upgrade. Over the last few decades, deflectors/winglets have been used by commercial and corporate jets to alleviate drag caused by the airflow off the end of the wing. Using this principal, ACS designed its deflector line-up to further impact the aerodynamic performance of its components. Check out the the stage 2 product page here.

What material is the T7 front splitter made of?

The T7 splitter is made in RTM Composite. ACS specializes in this type of manufacturing technique. It is a blend of polyester resins and strands of fiber that is put through heated high-compression molds. The result is a highly rigid and durable body panel--Optimal for aerodynamic performance and ground effect kits.

How well will this fit on my SS? Do I need to modify the product or my car to get this to fit?

All our products are designed using only GM OEM data. This means that the splitter was digitally designed based on specifications of the 2016+ Camaro V6 / I4. This type of fit would not be achievable by hand-modelling. Additionally, you will not have to modify the product or your car to get this to fit. The only thing needed is to drill the required holes on the underside of the fascia.

Do I need to drill holes into the car? Can I use two-way tape instead?

Yes. Holes will need to be drilled into the bottom of your front fascia (holes are pre-drilled on the splitter to make the procedure easy for you). The use of two-way tape is not recommended, and we advise you to not use it as the down-force generated from driving will likely rip the splitter off from the tape.

What is the difference between Primer, Mosaic Black, & Gloss Black?

Primer is an unpainted surface and is an undercoating that is meant to be final sanded prior to paint. There are no UV stabilizers in the primer. Therefore, if installed as is, then overtime the sun will cause the primer to fade and deteriorate. Mosaic Black is a blend of a high shine black with a silver metallic flake in the paint. It is great if you are trying to make your ground effects pop. Gloss black is simply your typical high shine black paint.

What is the difference between the No Endcaps & Stage 2 Winglets?

The splitter stays the same through both options. What changes are the side pieces on the splitter. The stage 2 deflectors are a small addition to the end that look like little triangles. No endcaps simply means no deflector on the ends. The purpose of deflectors are to direct the airflow to the front brakes for added cooling and reduce the amount of debris buildup on the brakes.

What type of hardware secures this product in place?

Nearly all ACS Composite products install via rivets. When a rivet is secured in place it creates a mushroom effect through the hole--Similar to placing an umbrella through an equally-sized hole and opening the umbrella. This is great for securing panels in place. You can find a handheld rivet gun here.

Will this product fit on my 2016+ V8 Camaro?

No. You will need the T6 version, which is the same style as this splitter, but made to fit the V8 fascia. It can be found here.

Same applies for the V6 splitter:

    Camaro V6 / I4 2016-18
    Shipping Dimension: 72x24x5" 15lbs.

Primer is an unfinished surface that will require a final sanding prior to painting. Primer is a great option for those looking to customize and/or paint the parts themselves or have a body shop handle the paint. Primer is not intended to be installed as is on a vehicle. There are no UV stabilizers in the primer coating and will, therefore, degrade over time when exposed to sunlight

    Gloss Black

Gloss Black (GBA) is your standard high shine black paint finish. Gloss Black is the go-to finish for ground effects and accessories as it will highlight the components against your colored car. p>

    Mosaic Black:

Mosaic Black is a blend of a high shine black with a silver metallic flake in the paint. It is great if you are trying to make your ground effects pop.
