XL ZR1, Z06 & Grand Sport C7 Chevrolet Corvette

The ACS Composite XL Protection Package is the ultimate protection start-up kit. The XL package is an upgrade to our enhanced version flap 45-4-063. The XL flaps offer double the protection from the original design, no visible screws, and a bladed shield so you can enjoy driving your C7 Corvette Grand Sport, Z06, or ZR1 and not worry about stone chips!

It will include everything you need from preventing damage, and even repairing some minor damages!

The Protection Package includes four items plus a complementary XL T-shirt to better protect you while you are cruising down the road. The items are as follows:

1. C7 XL Front Wheel Rock Guards 45-4-191

They say bigger is better, and that is definitely the case with our XL mud flaps. The XL rock guards are nearly double the protection of the GM mudguards and the ACS Composite Enhanced Front Splash Guards.

 2. C7 XL Rear Wheel Rock Guards 45-4-193

Our extra-large (XL) rear splash guards are the perfect tool to stop dirt and road surface debris from flying up the back end of your C7 Corvette. These mud flaps will handle anything you throw at it. 

3. Brake Scoop Covers 45-4-177

Another must-have for the C7 Z06 and Grand Sports! The brake scoops are the main target of the damage that comes from the road debris. Rockers, stone chips, and etc. are continually being propelled towards those scoops and chipping away the paint.

4. Carbon Flash Metallic Black Touch-Up Paint 45-4-106

We complete the ACS Composite Protection Package with a bottle of CFZ touch-up paint to help cover-up/fill- in the rock chip damages on any pieces of carbon flash such as your front grill, ACS painted splitter / rockers, and of course your brake scoops!

What finish are the splash guards for this protection package?

Front and rear splash guards will be in carbon flash black. This finish is ideal for matching all the black accent pieces on the Grand Sport, Z06, and ZR1.


What finish are the protective brake scoop covers?

The brake scoop covers will be painted in Carbon Flash Metallic Black. This will better serve as a replacement unit for the OEM carbon flash bezels underneath. Thus, you will not be able to tell there is a protective cover.

X Carbon Flash Black:
CFZ is a black paint finish with a silver metallic flake in the paint. From far it appears as a gloss black finish; however, upon closer inspection a silver metallic flake can be seen inside the paint finish. CFZ matches all C7 Corvette accent pieces on the Corvette including the fender insert, hood insert, front grill, rear diffuser, and more. Carbon Flash Metallic Black is highly recommended by us for any Corvette parts.

Hydro Carbon Fiber:
A hydrographic coating is similar to paint. It creates a pattern to the applied surface and clear coated. A target match to the OEM Carbon Fiber weave found on different optional panels of the C7 Corvette and standard on the C7 ZR1. Optional real carbon fiber panels are roof, splitter, rockers and spoilers. A small checkered pattern of graphite and dark grey with a slight gold tint. Ideal for rock guards since the panel can be made in a chip resistant PC-ABS panel and coated to match the carbon fiber rockers they will mate to.
