C6 Corvette ZR1 Smooth Hood

Fewer things are as signature as the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. The C6 Corvette ZR1 is the top of the line in performance and looks when it comes to the C6 generation. One of its most unique and sought-after features is the ZR1 hood. Boasting a massive central cowl and a window to expose the engine compartment, the hood epitomizes everything that a Corvette owner wants.

The ACS Composite ZR1 hood captures that same very essence while offering extra clearance (Approximately 1" over the MAF sensor) on the cowl compared to the stock ZR1. The hood is also longer as the rear of the hood extends closer to the window. Note: Will not clear top mounted superchargers. Consult our other hoods for supercharger management.

How It's Made

The ACS Composite C6 Corvette ZR1 Smooth hood is manufactured in our RTM Composite and each hood is robotically trimmed, prepped and primed to deliver a new level of quality never seen in the Corvette community. Panels can be installed on any Chevrolet C6 Corvette 2005 and up including coupes convertibles.

How It's Installed

 The ZR1 hood installs the same way as the OEM. No hood pins or extra modifications are needed to install or secure the hood in place. Standard hinge adjustment is required to achieve the desired fit.
