Lingenfelter shows off ACS enhanced Stingray at Detroit Autorama

Lingenfelter Performance Engineering (LPE) has built its reputation for design excellence in engine packages, superchargers, and high performance aftermarket components.  For over 40 years the Lingenfelter name has been synonymous with world-class performance. The Lingenfelter reputation has been built by taking great cars and reinventing them with legendary precision. As such the relationship with ACS Composite makes perfect sense and as you can see we work towards a common goal, targeting on the one hand design excellence in engine packages and the other – aerodynamic components.

With the introduction of GM’s latest C7 Corvette Lingenfelter has been pushing the limits of our favourite American icon.  Presented at the 62nd Annual Autorama LPE brought a stunning torch red 2014 Z51 Stingray, aerodynamically boosted courtesy of our ACS-C7 Aerodynamic package. The Detroit Autorama boasts 700,000 sq ft of auto-heaven and is a great weekend, with attractions for families and businesses alike.

The ACS-C7 Stingray Aerodynamic line consists of a series of components. The Lingenfelter Stingray was equipped with the ACS-C7 Front Splitter, wheel deflectors and side rockers painted in Carbon Flash.  The aero package is designed to integrate seamlessly and augment the aerodynamic performance of the vehicle. All components not only look and perform to an exacting standard but each one has been developed and manufactured following ACS’s build standards.

At ACS we strive for total synergy and work to align our optimized design process. Our trademark manufacturing process uses RTM composite material and smooth finishes creating aerodynamic components that find a perfect balance between efficiency, elegance and ease of assembly.
