Chicago Blackhawks Camaro At Chicago Auto Show
Since 2010, the Chicago Blackhawks, in partnership with Chicagoland & Northwest Indiana Chevy dealers have been giving away a custom, one of a kind Chicago Blackhawks themed Camaro to one lucky fan. Each year, more and more people try their luck to win the car, and in 2013 over 300,000 people entered the contest. The vehicle is featured and discussed on nearly every radio show in the Chicago sports market, and this year’s edition will be no exception.
2014 CHEVY CAMARO SS CONVERTIBLE
ChevyDrivesChicago.com has teamed up RealWheels (RWC) to build the new 2014 Chevy Camaro SS Convertible Chicago Blackhawks edition. This championship edition car made was available for a sneak peak at the Bruins vs. Blackhawks game on Sunday January 19, 2014. The official debut to the general public will be at The Chicago Auto Show in February 2014. After the Auto Show, the vehicle will make appearances throughout the city of Chicago and will also be displayed at United Center during Blackhawks home games. At the end of the season, one lucky fan will have the chance to win the vehicle and take delivery at the annual Blackhawks Convention.
RWC has begun building the vehicle and brought in some extra help to make this vehicle the hottest Chicago Blackhawks Camaro to date. Among the contributors are Eric Carter & Brad Marvin from Cartronix in Valparaiso, Indiana who will upgrade the audio system, Varad Lighting out of California, who is providing extra accents, Estrada Customs of Vernon Hill, IL,who is handling the paint and body work, Katzkin Custom Interior, Advanced Composite Specialties (ACS) ACS-T4 body kit, and 2crave custom wheels.
