Le répartiteur ACS Z06 est dérivé du package GM Z07 pour lequel ils ont passé énormément de temps à tester l'aérodynamisme. ACS a repris le concept et l'a repensé en CAO et l'a usiné CNC à partir de zéro avec de légères améliorations à l'esprit.
Le résultat est un composant épuré, durable et aérodynamique qui profitera à l'avant de votre Corvette.
Pas de sous-plateau contre sous-plateau
Sans sous-plateau : le choix parfait pour un usage quotidien et les conducteurs enthousiastes :
Le séparateur standard Z06 (45-4-037) est fabriqué en PC Composite, une technique de fabrication généralement réservée aux séries de production en grand volume en raison de son investissement coûteux en outillage. Le résultat est une pièce moulée noire avec une haute résistance à la chaleur et des capacités de grattage, ce qui la rend idéale pour les applications de fendage. Le matériau durable aide à résister aux éruptions cutanées et aux légers risques routiers. Si la durabilité est une priorité par rapport aux temps au tour sur piste, c'est le choix évident !
Économique et probablement le dernier répartiteur Z06 que vous installerez sur votre voiture !
Undertray : Pour le guerrier de la piste et les performances aérodynamiques ultimes :
L'ensemble séparateur de sous-plateau (45-4-059) est fabriqué selon le processus de fabrication RTM d'ACS. Le RTM est un matériau très rigide spécialement conçu pour une utilisation sur piste. Le substrat est un matériau beige et le bas du séparateur est recouvert d'un revêtement de type doublure de caisse.
Ajoutez notre option de sous-couche intégrée pour améliorer l'aérodynamisme en gardant tous les bords lisses et en dirigeant l'air avec un minimum de turbulences. Le sous-plateau comporte également des conduits de refroidissement des freins révisés et des points de montage supplémentaires avec des ailettes linéaires, qui maintiennent le flux d'air aussi laminaire que possible.
Déflecteurs en option :
Les séparateurs sont pré-percés pour accepter soit les Winglets Stage 2 (45-4-077), soit les déflecteurs Stage 3 (45-4-083).
Les Winglets sont des ailes d'extrémité, similaires aux jets commerciaux, ils dévient et réduisent le flux d'air à l'extrémité d'une aile (séparateur) causé par la traînée. Les déflecteurs sont conçus pour augmenter plus efficacement l’appui avant.

Gardez vos produits Corvette et ACS impeccables avec notre cire ACS Composite CFZ. Ce traitement est essentiel pour entretenir, restaurer et prolonger la durée de vie des pièces peintes en Carbon Flash Metallic Black de votre Corvette.
Étapes pour appliquer la cire CFZ :
- Propre : Assurez-vous que la surface est propre et exempte de poussière ou de débris.

My only suggestion would be to make it more clear where the credit card transaction is taking place. If I had known it was in Canada I would have used a credit card that doesn't charge foreign transaction fees.
