Splitter showed up snapped in half due to rough handling during shipping. After figuring out the return process, I called Joseph at ACS. Within minutes of sending pics of the damaged box/splitter, a replacement splitter was on its way!

In January, 2023 I ordered XL front and rear rock guards ([45-4-191.45-4-193]CFZ) for my 2015 Corvette Stingray. After opening the box and examining the guards, I noticed that a couple of them were not as 'pristine' as one would expect with a brand new product. For example, both the top and bottom tips of the passenger front guard were discolored (white) and were pitted as though they may have already been used on a vehicle and then removed. I took pictures and sent them to ACS Composite customer service, asking them if the condition of the rock guards I received were acceptible to them. I received a response from ACS immediately. They agreed with my assessment and said the marks "should not be present, and should not have passed our QC". I asked for a full replacement set and ACS agreed, sending the new set on the same day I dropped off the return set to FedEx. I understand things happen in the manufacturing process and I have no doubt that ACS has addressed their QC process. ACS states that they are "110% committed to delivering the highest quality products to our customers" and they came through for me. Simply put, I had an issue with their product, they verified it, and ACS immediately made situtation right. I look forward to upgrading my Corvette with additional ACS Composite products this summer.

Great looking product (rockers, splitter) compared to the OEM flat black parts. Perfectly matches the GM carbon flash black elsewhere on the C8.
