"Delivery Mishap Delayed Order"

For some reason Fed-ex delivered one boxs on Wednesday when it was supposed to deliver two boxs. Had to call them and the other boxs was not delivered until the following Tuesday. No reason given.

"Disappointed in ACS Composite Quality"

Contacted customer service and told them that the items had both manufacturing and paint defects. They responded with; "I will be transparent, we do work hard to get a great product in a box, definitely the strongest and highest quality I am aware of, but a perfect part does not exist. We build and handcraft the part by hand with a tolerance. The same tolerance we apply to the part we build for GM, much like the corvette paint job, some defects are permitted and it does become very objective." I spend almost $3000 for their products and would expect exceptional results which they were more like marginal. Because the long delay in backorders and expensive cost of shipping, they suggested keeping the items and have a detail shop fix them and the would credit me $100. The problem is these flaws were so bad that it would require repainting and any work that is done would make them mine and non returnable if something went wrong. What happens if the buffed a spot and it heated and warped the part? Overall poor attention to detail and should have not been shipped to a customer. Even the detailer ordered parts from them and got the same quality issues. Ultimately I settled for $250 rebate but still cost me over $400 to get them repaired and repainted. Not ideal but didn't want to wait for backordered items and probably get the same crappy results. At least I know my painter will make them right.

"Disappointed in Shipping Damage"

The product looks good on the side ground effects, have chips in the clear coat on the top of the side wings in shipping on the chin spoiler. Was very disappointed with this, but had no time to reorder because the parts went straight to the museum to be put on Vin 001 of the 2024 corvette

Disappointed with In-Person Service

Stopped by booth at Corvettes at Carlisle and found the staffers to be short and condescending. Too busy to talk about buying parts from them at the show. Ordered online and waited for shipping rather than continuing to engage with them. Parts arrived in a few days and were correct, but would have preferred to buy them in person and avoid shipping.

Disappointed with Return Shipping.

Disappointing Corvette Tow Hook.

The tow hook was not what I expected. It stuck out 9" from the back of the car and did not have an cover that would fit with the hook.

Disappointing License Plate Frame

I expected a license plate frame to come from ACS composite which is well know in our corvette community to be not so flimsy. The paint side looked great but expected something super high quality compared to other carbon/composite frame I owned on my C6 and C7 corvettes. This is a piece that many will buy and lead into all their other full car composite pieces. 2..3 times better reflecting price. ;0(

Disappointing Packaging and Cost.

I talked to a representative of ACS regarding the loss of the diagram to install a break scoop to my Stingray. The cost of the diagram was $30.00 american dollars and also I had requested 3 nuts to install the scoop. The total charge was $30.00 for the scoop nuts (3) #10 and the diagram. It was sent by Federal Express (and I am sorry I didn't take a picture of hoe it arrived) I am still trying to iron the diagram paper because it was bend, wrinkled, trashed. The Federal Express employee said to me "there is your package" and I asked him if I needed to sign for it. His reply was " no I already did" I am still trying to take all the creases out of the paper before I install the break scoop. Have ordered from ASC 1 x Five1 Rear Upper Quarter Intake Port for $299.00 each 1 x C7 Black LED Sidemarker Reflector Kit for $399.00 each Z06 Brake Scoop × 1 Arctic White G8G / Functional for non-Z51 Black Out Carbon Flash Corvette Emblem Kit × 1 Coupe I have been a customer from a long time ago (since I bought my 2017 Stingray) and I haven't had any complaints about the service except for this tim. I would have thought you would have seen what I had ordered in the past and made an adjustment to my order. $50.00 for a piece of paper or should I say $35.00 and $15.00 for mailing of it , I thought it was a little steep.

Negatives: unable to speak to anyone at ACS that was very disappointing. For the price of the part I expected the part to fit correctly not the case and part is off center with imperfections that could not be removes per your instructions. Also the holes you made were not made correctly to match the holes of the C-7 GS 2019. Positives: it was delivered a day before so good job! Color was a great match so outstanding! Lastly, I like the parts you sell however if the quality of the parts I received is the standard for other parts I would suggest that you lower Your prices a bit so the expectation match the cost. Your brand is everywhere relate to the brand corvette so please tighten your quality control a bit more. Overall I am ok with the part.
