Because there are not two lower bolts to hold a plate on, I was expecting this one to "pop-up" at the bottom. The plate cover has a tab for the plate to go at the bottom to hold it down. So it looks, and functions FANTASTIC.

Disappointed that I had to do additional sanding for an expensive product. Shipping was expensive and non-residential delivery complicated matters as my local Fedex is not well-suited for pick-up.

I am surprise that you spend that much money on a product in a comes damaged. And then when you report about the damage the bluntness of the response. And then the wait time for a replacement is rather disappointing.
