ACS has been great to work with, I gave a 2 stars on delivery because my package got hung up in US customs, no fault of ACS. I would recommend and work with this company again. ACS customer service is quick to respond and solves any issue a customer may have. Other companies could learn alot from ACS's customer service. Keep up the good work!!
Thank you so much for leaving such a fantastic review! We are thrilled to hear that you have found our rock chip guards to be an excellent product, and that you were happy with our customer service. We're sorry for the delay that occurred due to unforeseen circumstances with customs but we are glad to know that it did not deter you from recommending us to others. We appreciate your kind words about our commitment to customer satisfaction and hope to have the pleasure of serving you again soon!

In January, 2023 I ordered XL front and rear rock guards ([45-4-191.45-4-193]CFZ) for my 2015 Corvette Stingray. After opening the box and examining the guards, I noticed that a couple of them were not as 'pristine' as one would expect with a brand new product. For example, both the top and bottom tips of the passenger front guard were discolored (white) and were pitted as though they may have already been used on a vehicle and then removed. I took pictures and sent them to ACS Composite customer service, asking them if the condition of the rock guards I received were acceptible to them. I received a response from ACS immediately. They agreed with my assessment and said the marks "should not be present, and should not have passed our QC". I asked for a full replacement set and ACS agreed, sending the new set on the same day I dropped off the return set to FedEx. I understand things happen in the manufacturing process and I have no doubt that ACS has addressed their QC process. ACS states that they are "110% committed to delivering the highest quality products to our customers" and they came through for me. Simply put, I had an issue with their product, they verified it, and ACS immediately made situtation right. I look forward to upgrading my Corvette with additional ACS Composite products this summer.
Thanks so much for sharing your feedback! We're glad we could rectify the situation promptly for you, and we appreciate your trust in ACS Composite. We can't wait to assist you with your future upgrades!

Great looking product (rockers, splitter) compared to the OEM flat black parts. Perfectly matches the GM carbon flash black elsewhere on the C8. Prior to sale I called support with a question on ground clearance and product material. I immediately spoke with a most knowledgeable and friendly person who knew this inside and out.
