The ACS Stingray Aeropack offers savings by bundling a series of aerodynamic components (Splitter, Deflectors, & Rockers).  ACS components are designed to improve airflow around the Corvette and enhance its aggressive stance.

Choice of Splitters Include:

Z06 Style Splitter w/ Stage 2 Deflectors 45-4-037 and 45-4-077: The most popular option, the Z06 splitter will set your Stingray apart from the others! Comes with Stage 2 Deflectors for improved aerodynamic performance.
Z06 Style Splitter w/ Stage 3 Deflectors 45-4-037 and 45-4-083: The most popular option, the Z06 splitter will set your Stingray apart from the others!. Comes with Stage 3 Deflectors for our most aggressive option that will give the Stingray the menacing performance it deserves.
ACS-C7 Splitter with Deflectors 45-4-005: Does not lower the ride height of the vehicle while improving frontal airflow.
Five1 Splitter with Deflectors 45-4-035: Rests higher than stock, which avoids the nose scrape experience with extremely steep driveways.

      Why Carbon Flash Black

      Carbon Flash Metallic Black or CFZ is a black paint finish with a silver metallic flake in the paint. From far it appears as a gloss black finish; however, upon closer inspection, a silver metallic flake can be seen inside the paint finish. CFZ matches all C7 Corvette accent pieces on the Corvette including the front grill, rear diffuser, and more. Carbon Flash Metallic Black is highly recommended by us for any Corvette part.

      Installation

      The splitter and side rockers are installed using 3/16" rivets. A rivet gun will be required; either pneumatic or handheld. You can find our ACS Rivet Gun here.

       

           

           

            What material are the splitters and rockers made of?

            All the splitters and Zero1 side skirts are made using RTM Composite, which is a manufacturing technique involving several materials such as fiberglass molded in high temperature and compression. This process is much more rigid and durable than traditional hand-laid fiberglass. The Zero7 side skirts are manufactured in ABS-Polycarbonate plastic for an optimal light-weight finish and rigidity.


            How are the splitters and side skirts installed? Is drilling required?

            Both items will require additional drilling as rivets are used to secure the components to the car; however, factory mounting hardware is also reused for additional support. The use of two-way tape is not recommended.


            What surface finish should I get?

            If you are wanting to paint the parts yourself or have someone else paint them, then Primer is the choice. Primer is an unpainted surface that requires a final sanding prior to paint. Carbon Flash Metallic Black is our recommendation for our aeropacks. This color will match the trim pieces found on your C7 including the front grill, rear diffuser, fender inserts. Essentially, all black accent pieces are in Carbon Flash Metallic Black.


            Are these items in stock? When can I expect delivery?

            Generally, we keep stock of all our products; however, in the event of a back order you will be notified with an estimated time (Typically, less than two weeks). Transit times vary on location, but 3-5 business is the standard time (delays due to customs are out of our control). You can contact us via order@acscomposite.com to upgrade to expedited services.

            X Primer:
            Primer is an unfinished surface that will require a final sanding prior to painting. Primer is a great option for those looking to customize and/or paint the parts themselves or have a body shop handle the paint. Primer is not intended to be installed as is on a vehicle. There are no UV stabilizers in the primer coating and will, therefore, degrade over time when exposed to sunlight.

            Carbon Flash Black:
